No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Vantoro Prospector delivers digital products including lead data, contact enrichment, lead scoring, and email sequences. Because these deliverables are digital and are consumed upon access, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will not be charged again after cancellation.
• You retain full access through the end of the period you paid for.

Technical Issues

If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing your leads or sequences, contact us at chris@vantoromarketing.com within 7 days of your billing date. We will investigate and at our discretion provide a credit, replacement delivery, or other resolution.

This exception applies only to technical failures on our end — not to dissatisfaction with results, changes in business direction, or unused deliverables.

Chargebacks

By subscribing to Vantoro Prospector you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
