1. Description of Service

Vantoro Prospector provides subscribers with monthly lead lists sourced from publicly available data including Google Maps, along with lead scoring, contact enrichment, and email sequence templates. The service is intended for B2B outreach purposes only.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Vantoro Prospector is offered as a monthly subscription at the rate displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our deliverables — lead data, email sequences, and call scripts are delivered and consumed upon access — we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevented access to your deliverables, contact us at chris@vantoromarketing.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a credit at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vantoro Prospector only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law
• Resell, redistribute, or share lead data with third parties without written permission
• Use the data for purposes other than legitimate business outreach
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its underlying systems
• Use the service in any way that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable laws

5. Data and Privacy

All lead data provided through Vantoro Prospector is sourced from publicly available information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activities comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for how you use the data provided.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vantoro Prospector is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, reply rates, or revenue outcomes from use of the service. Lead data accuracy is subject to the limitations of publicly available sources and may change over time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
